Restore Pain Center, LLC is a professionally managed outpatient clinic designed to support safe, compliant, and patient-centered care.
All medical care is provided exclusively by Physician Practice Operations Group, PLLC, under the direction of Dr. Jim Wade Price, MD, an Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist who is responsible for all clinical decision-making.
Restore Pain Center, LLC provides administrative and operational support only and does not provide medical care.

Physician Services
Physician services provided by Physician Practice Operations Group, PLLC include evaluation and management of:

Treatment plans are individualized and may include medication management, with opioid therapies, non-opioid therapies, and coordination of care.

Meet the Physician
Dr. Jim Wade Price, MD
Anesthesiologist & Pain Management Specialist
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Jim Wade Price was born and raised in Wiggins, Mississippi, and is proud to serve the same community that helped shape his life and career.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College before attending the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed his internship at LSU Charity Hospital and his residency at Tulane University Hospital.
Dr. Price practiced anesthesiology for 37 years, earning a reputation for excellence and compassionate care, reflected in his consistent five-star patient ratings. He is board-certified and a member of the American Board of Anesthesiology.
After many years of practice in New Orleans, Dr. Price felt called to return home to Wiggins, where his mother still resides. His wife, also from Wiggins, owns and operates a local restaurant, and together they remain deeply connected to the community.
Recognizing a growing need for quality pain management services in the area, Dr. Price transitioned into private practice and now serves as Chief Medical Officer of Physician Practice Operations Group, PLLC, working in partnership with Restore Pain Center, LLC.
